Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 3 days or less before your check-in date at 3 PM, you will be charged the cost of the first night.
  • No refunds are given for early check-out.
  • If you book multiple nights and decide to leave before completing your full stay, the remaining unused nights can be used as credit within the same calendar year.

Check-In Policy

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Full payment is required at check-in if it was not paid online.
  • A $50 security deposit is required if it was not paid online.
  • The security deposit is refundable after check-out, as long as there is no damage to the room and no excessive cleaning is required.
  • Refunds are usually processed within a few business days after check-out.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Full money back customer satisfaction guaranteed upon check-in.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not contact us to cancel, your reservation will be marked as a no-show.
  • In case of a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.
  • The remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
