Reservations & Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Rocky Mountain Lodge & Suites. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation policies vary depending on your booking method and room type. Please review your reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation terms that apply. Cancellations made outside the allowed window may be subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room rate.

Payments

Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and debit. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests and staff. Rocky Mountain Lodge & Suites reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises for disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behaviour without refund.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any guest room or on the premises.
• Pets must be declared at booking and are subject to approval and applicable fees.
• Maximum occupancy limits per room must be observed.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or motel property caused during their stay. Rocky Mountain Lodge & Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings left on the premises.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocky Mountain Lodge & Suites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
